At Texas Wash Works, we take great pride in installing and maintaining car washes across the great state of Texas. Our mission is to ensure our customers are satisfied and have complete peace of mind knowing their car wash systems are in expert hands. We primarily serve the cities of Houston, Beaumont, San Antonio, and Austin, providing top-notch service to keep your car wash operations running smoothly and efficiently. We also extend our services to Waco in cases of emergencies when a car wash is completely down. Our dedicated team is committed to responding swiftly and effectively to minimize any downtime and get your business back on track.

Service Rate Schedule

MINIMUM SERVICE CHARGE:

  • Minimum service charge is first hour including travel time within the 75-mile radius.

  • Time starts with travel to job.

  • Additional hourly rates after first hour will be billed in 1/4 hour increments.

 

HOLIDAY’S-NON SERVICE:

  • Easter, New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas.

  • In addition, if non-service day falls on a Sunday, the following Monday becomes a non— service day, except Easter. If non-service day falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday will become a non-service day.

  • Service will be available for extreme emergencies only.

PARTS & MATERIALS:  

  • List plus 15% for standard shipping and handling.

  • A $20.00 charge will be added to each invoice for consumables.

SUBCONTRACTORS (Managed by TWW):

  • Subcontractors Cost Plus 25% for $5,000 & Under.

  • Subcontractors Cost Plus 20% for $5,001 & Over.

 

PER DIEM:

  • $220.00 per day. Rate is per individual & applies to overnight stays only. Prior approval by customer & TWW representative is required.

 

TRAVEL:  

  • Locations outside a 75-mile radius will be billed at the hourly rate per contract or non-contract customers rates, per vehicle round trip to the nearest TWW service center.

 

REPAIR ESTIMATE:  

  • $150.00 per location, COD only.
